New Woman

I had another checkup today and it went really well. I am not dilated at all now!! He hasn't checked me since I was in the hospital and I was at 2.5 - 3 then so I was happy and surprised to hear that I was at 0. I had a rough start to my week and was expecting him to tell me I was going to have the baby today.

Sunday Tyrus and i stayed home from church because we did not sleep much that night and Ty had a pretty bad cough and runny nose. Monday James and I did too much I think. We went to the mall and had lunch with Jason, Megan and the kids and then I went to my last night with my D.G. girls. We had a blast eating junk food and finishing up our book. We read "Don't Waste Your Life" by John Piper, very good! then we watched Enchanted. I would not have missed it unless I was in labor but I think it sent me over the edge.

Tuesday morning I told James I did not feel well and he recommended calling in some help. Praise the Lord for Aunt Johanna!! James took Ty over at 8:30 and picked him up at 6. I was bale to stay in bed all day. She took him again on Wednesday morning and then James brought him home for his nap and then my Mom and Dad came over in the evening to play with Ty until James got home.

Today James took the afternoon off so I could go to the Dr. and then I went to the salon and got my hair done!!!! I have not had my hair colored since November and I haven't had a cut since January. I feel like a new woman... and I look like one too!!

My Dr. is out of town next week so I will not see him again until the 7th. I need to not go into labor while he is gone but once I know he is back in town this woman will be movin' around. I have a lot of things I would like to do before the baby comes.
